Environment- to develop awareness about environment and pollution some activities are carried out-in association with TamilNadu Pollution Control Board and All India Radio, Environment Clubs are formed at urban and village club-15 such clubs with 20 members each are functioning -these members are listening to weekly radio programme on Pusumai Niraintha Ulagathilae-monthly lectures are being organised for these members-quarterly training and workshops are being organised-these members carry out Anti-Plastic campaign, Anti- Noise Campaign among public-District level pollution control board officials are being involved.
